Description

Sealed bids are invited for the expansion of the parking lot, Project Code 501-18130-083, at the VDOT Lockwood Facility located at 9120 Lockwood Blvd., Mechanicsville, VA 23116. The project is generally described as the expansion of the parking lot including site development, paved parking, drainage, site lighting, rough-ins for cameras, and rough-ins for electric vehicle charging stations. The work includes earthwork, stormwater management, site utilities, asphalt paving, pavement seal coating, concrete curb/gutter and sidewalks, fencing and other associated appurtenances in accordance with the construction documents. SBE goal 42%.
