Description
Construction activities include replacement of pavement along Cunningham Street, Flemming Street, 7th Street, Hibiscus Street, and Colwyn Ave. The parameters of the project shall also include Union Street and Elmwood Court. The purpose of this project is to improve safety for pedestrians, bicyclists, and the motorized public. The project is in need because there has been a deterioration in the quality of the street pavement. All work would be within City right of way. This project involves removal and reconstruction of asphalt concrete pavement, PCC concrete cross gutters and spandrels, signage, and striping within the City of Highland. DBE goal is 15%.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
