Description
The work, in general, to be done under this contract consists of constructing a new bridge to connect the existing sections of Notre Dame Boulevard to provide a transportation corridor over Little Chico Creek in response to the newly developed and planned development of the Meriam Park Development Project. At the time the City awards the contract for this project, the Contractor shall possess either a Class A Contractor License or a combination of classes required by the categories and types of work included in this contract. This contract is subject to state contract nondiscrimination and compliance requirements pursuant to Government Code, Section 12990.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
