Description
The Project is generally described as including but not limited to: Exterior improvements including ADA Access path of travel upgrades, including but not limited to minor exterior repair and improvements to the existing central courtyard and the existing path of travel as well as new fencing and exit gates at the central courtyard. Added site amenities and furnishings in the courtyard include the installation of new play structures and nature play areas. The interior scope of work includes minor electrical work for the existing warming kitchen and minor accessibility upgrades to existing restrooms serving the Courtyard. Contractor’s License Required for the Work: Class B, General Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification or Sub-Contractors with Asbestos and Lead Certification performing the work. Bidder not so duly and properly licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law.
