Description
The Project is generally described as including but not limited to: Demolition and replacement of roofing, insulation and accessories on buildings B, C, and D to roof deck structure and roofing accessories on Building A involving but not limited to: • Removal and replacement of mechanical louvers, sheet metal flashings, roof drains and select associated piping, and parapet sealants and select painting. • New TPO roof, miscellaneous rough carpentry, concrete infill, storm drain piping, light fixture replacement, acoustical ceiling tiles and fire alarm devices. • Abatement of hazardous materials Class B, General Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification or Sub-Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification performing the work. Any Bidder not so duly and properly licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law.
