Charlotte Water (CLTWater or City) is seeking Progressive Design-Build services to design and construct reliability improvements at the McAlpine Creek Wastewater Management Facility (WWMF)for the Preliminary and Primary Treatment facilities. The Project is for the design and construction of miscellaneous reliability improvements for the Preliminary and Primary Treatment areas at the McAlpine Creek WWMF in Pineville, North Carolina.
