Description

In general, the work consists of fabrication and installation of metal interpretive signage frames, and installation of City of Richmond (Owner) supplied interpretive panels within the frames in coordination with Owner’s Representative; site demolition of existing elements/improvements within the area of work and removal and disposal of debris; irrigation system demolition and modification; landscape demolition and modification; utility protection, location and work as noted and required; concrete work including but not limited to concrete foundations and site concrete; erosion control; and for all other work, items, or details reasonably inferred or not mentioned above that are required by the Drawings, Standard Specifications, of these Special Provisions. A California Type A or C-10 Contractor’s license is required to bid this Contract.
