Description
The Project is generally described as including but not limited to: Selective demolition, site preparation, new synthetic turf field, stairs, ramps, gates/fencing, asphalt paving improvements, new basketball and pickleball courts, and accessibility upgrades associated with parking, restrooms, drinking fountains, and path of travel. Contractor’s License Required for the Work: California Class A and/or Class B with Asbestos and Lead Certification or Subcontractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification performing the work. Any Bidder not so duly and properly licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law. Synthetic turf installer shall posses an active California D-12 Synthetic Products license.
