Description
The ESFV begins at Aetna St. and Van Nuys Blvd in East San Fernando Valley within the City of Los Angeles, CA. The project continues as a center running light rail along Van Nuys Blvd for approximately 7 miles terminating at San Fernando Rd. Major Work Elements to be Performed Under the Contract A. At-grade guideway construction. B. Installation of embedded track work, including special trackwork. C. At grade station construction includes structures, glazing, electrical, canopies, finishes, mechanical, and communications. D. Maintenance facility including storage tracks, traction power substation, maintenance-of-way building, parking facilities, and operations building. E. Site improvements, including temporary and permanent stormwater facilities. F. Improvements to adjacent streets. G. Building demolition, clearing, grubbing, and site grading. H. Advanced Utility relocation. DBE/MBE//SBEWBE participation
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
