West Enos - Kern Fan - Stockdale North Well Drilling and Equipping, Bakersfield CA

Construction of water wells including drilling, test pumping, concrete foundations for well pumps, equipping new wells including enclosures. Furnishing and installation of shade structures, security structures, electrical services, wiring & controls. Grant-funded from Small Surface Water & Groundwater Storage Projects (SSWGSP), and administered by the US Bureau of Reclamation. The work to be constructed hereunder is located within Kern County, California, in the vicinity of Bakersfield, California, near the intersections of State Route 43 (Enos Lane) and Brimhall Road and State Route 43 (Enos Lane) and Stockdale highway. 1. NEW WELLS WE1, SN1, AND SN2 a. Drilling and construction of three (3) 20-inch diameter (internal diameter of casing) water wells approximately 790 feet deep in the designated recharge ponds areas north of Stockdale Highway and west of State Route 43 (Enos Lane). b. Development of all three (3) wells, including test pumping as specified. c. Construction of three (3) 12’x12’ concrete well pump foundations. d. Equipping of three (3) new wells with 12-inch steel discharge piping assembly, complete with valves, flowmeter, air vents, couplings, and all other appurtenances. e. Furnishing and installation of three (3) well enclosures, one (1) at each well site. f. Furnishing and installation of electrical control panels, including the installation, construction, or provision of concrete pads, shade structures, security structures, electrical service, wiring & controls, and all other appurtenances. 2. EXISTING WELL WE-AG a. Construction of one (1) 12’x12’ concrete well pump foundation. b. Equipping of one (1) existing well with 12-inch steel discharge piping assembly, complete with valves, flowmeter, air vents, couplings, and all other appurtenances. c. Furnishing and installation of one (1) well enclosure at well site. d. Furnishing and installation of electrical control panels, including the installation, construction, or provision of concrete pads, shade structures, security structures, electrical service, wiring & controls, and all other appurtenances. e. all other appurtenances.
