Description
Foundation retrofit of an existing Public library that has experienced settlement. Includes installation of helical piles and new tie beams. The existing floors will be releveled to address slope issues caused by settlement. Additional structural work includes seismic retrofit. Accessibility upgrades throughout the entire site; upgrades to mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems; site improvements; new plantings and irrigation; and demolition and relocation of the exterior deck. Class B license required.
