Description
Stanislaus County Department of Public Works is now accepting bids for the Crows Landing Industrial Business Park – Water Facilities Improvements. Estimated Construction cost for this project is less than $20,000,000. The work to be accomplished includes: 1. Construction of a new 1.6-million-gallon welded steel water storage tank, pump station, and associated site improvements. 2. Construction of approximately 18,000 feet (9,000 each) of dual 12-inch water mains along Fink Road. 3. Equipping of two potable water wells with new pumps and motors, construction of a new control building, and associated site improvements and yard piping. 4. Other such items and details not mentioned herein that are required by the Plans, Standard Specifications or Special Provisions shall be performed, placed, constructed, or detailed. The work includes; clearing & grubbing, excavation, grading, piping (above and below ground), above ground water tank, pumps & motors, electrical and controls, motor control centers, water well pump & motor, water disinfection facilities, pavement repair, fencing, and other related work. The Contractor must have a Class A License.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
