The Project includes in general, grading, grubbing, clearing, installation of concrete hardscape, a decomposed granite pathway, installation of lawn, a playground, fencing, benches, drinking fountain, and benches and picnic tables. The work also includes installation of a water irrigation system, landscaping, bollard lights, decorative acorn style lights, and other miscellaneous items of work as shown on the contract documents.
