Description

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to contract with a qualified firm to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) services for Renovations for Camelback High School Administration Building. The Camelback Administration project involves remodeling Buildings 3100 and 1100 in two phases, totaling approximately 10,351 SF. Phase 1 includes relocating the current location for campus Administration from Building 1100 and converting that space for the Special Education department. Phase 2 will remodel Building 3100 into the new campus Administration office. The project includes security upgrades, ADA improvements, new finishes, lighting, and updates to building systems. The general contractor will handle site utility investigations, working with the architect (ADM Group) to finalize plans. The general contractor shall also be responsible for coordinating with the District on furniture relocation, disposal, and/or new furniture placement.
