The Project is located at Westwood Subdivision (Homewood Ave., Dewitt Ave., Chelsea Ave., Arrowwood Ave., Bellevue Ave., Archer Ave., Harrison Ave., Birch Pl., Cornwall Ave., and Avon Ave.) and is described as follows: Street rehabilitation of 10 local streets (approximately 2.4 miles) within the Westwood neighborhood area. Improvements include new sidewalk, driveways, rolled and standard curb and gutters, installation of new storm drain systems, adjustment of utilities, new water lines, tree removal, and minor placement of pavement stripes and markings.
