Construction & Demolition Facility Napa-Vallejo Waste Management Authority Project, American Canyon, CA

The proposed project includes but is not limited to construction of the following items, per the project Plans and Specifications. The scope of work shall include and not be limited to: Mobilization, Clear the site of all vegetation, paving, rubble, and other existing site improvements as indicated, and as required to provide the new Work, Provide and maintain all barricades, fences and other protective devices as required by County ordinances and codes, environmental documents, and as required to protect the public and personnel, for duration of the construction, Perform all excavation, fill, backfill, select fill, Class II AB, concrete, asphaltic concrete, curb and gutter, and other incidental work required to complete the construction as shown on the project plans, Install or extend utilities as required by the project plans, Construct new building structures as shown and specified, Construct new on-site improvements as shown and specified, Construct new off-site improvements as shown and specified, Conduct all other miscellaneous work as shown and specified, and as may be authorized by Owner, Implementation of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), Construction Debris Area Setup and Disposal, Implementation of Erosion and Sediment Control Best Management Practices (BMP), Landscape improvements as shown and specified, Minor concrete curb and gutter repairs, Final cleanup and demobilization, and Project Closeout.
