Description
This project consists of the following general Scope Of Work: • Demolition and removal of the existing gymnasium building slab and foundations, sidewalks and miscellaneous paving. • Construction of a new 27,049 Sq.Ft. High School Gymnasium Building, with Competition Gym, Entry Lobby, Concessions, Restrooms, Locker Rooms, and Support Spaces. • Modifications and renovations to an existing 6,078 Sq.Ft. Practice Gymnasium, to remain. • Sidewalks, walkway canopies, paving, fencing, drainage and other miscellaneous work at the site, as detailed, and/or defined in these documents.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
