Erger's Dog Park Construction, Brighton, CO

The City of Brighton seeks the bid of qualified Contractors to complete the construction of Erger’s Dog Park, located at 460 W Southern St Brighton, CO 80601, in accordance with the construction documents and specifications attached hereto. Features of the new park construction include but are not limited to landscaping, site furnishings, concrete trails, and grading work. The project shall conclude no later than May 29, 2026. The scope of work (SOW) for the construction of Erger’s Dog Park includes the creation of a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing park for dogs and their owners. The park will provide a variety of spaces for exercise, socialization, and leisure activities. The park will be located at the South Platte River Trailhead, address of 460 West Southern Street Brighton, CO 80601, and the construction must meet local zoning, regulatory, and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) standards. The Contractor’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: • General site work • To include daily site clean up • Secure site and equipment when Contractor is not on site • Concrete flatwork, crusher fine trail installation • Fence and gate installation • Erosion control • Landscaping • Including tree protection • Installation of vegetation • Clearing and grubbing as required • Site furnishings • Shade structure • Benches • Signage • Water fountain • Pet agility components • Pet waste station • Trash receptacles Further details of the project and the Contractor’s responsibilities are included in the attached construction documents and technical specifications.
