Description
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, site demolition, site grading, concrete and asphalt pavement, court surfacing, fitness court installation site furnishings, electrical service upgrade, sports field and court lighting, minor planting and irrigation, and associated work as shown on the plans. Project includes restoration of lawn or landscaped surfaces, and irrigation affected by construction. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California Contractor Licenses: A – General Construction
