Description
The Project will construct a 14.5-foot wide ADA compliant Class I bicycle & pedestrian overcrossing over US-101, including a 5-foot wide walking lane and 8-foot wide bike path. The Project will close a significant gap in the east-west transportation network for pedestrians and bicyclists. The selected alignment will construct the overcrossing over US-101 along the Edwards Avenue and Elliott Avenue corridor, adjacent to the Santa Rosa Junior College campus
