Description
The City of Santa Clara (hereinafter City) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter Proposer) to provide a turnkey Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) for two City-owned facilities: the Santa Clara Convention Center (SCCC) Garage and the Tasman Garage. The selected Proposer shall deliver a complete, fully integrated solution that includes all required hardware, software, and implementation services, including system design, installation, integration, configuration, testing, training, and transition to operations, as well as ongoing maintenance, repair, and technical support. The scope of work is fully described in detail in Attachments A1 A3. The City is considering standardizing on the PARCS solution selected through this RFP process. Therefore, the selected solution for this solicitation may be considered for future deployments if the City upgrades additional parking facilities.
