Description
The City invites qualified firms (“Proposers”) to submit proposals for the enforcement of the City of Sausalito’s Encroachment Permit OEZ2023-1120 (“EP”) for construction activities within the City’s right of way, which may lead to award of a professional services agreement (“Agreement”). PG&E will be reimbursing the City for costs related to enforcement of the EP and has signed an agreement with the City to do so with an initial deposit of $30,000 due to the City prior to mobilization to the work site. Should costs exceed the initial deposit, PG&E will provide additional funds as may be required. The draft EP is included in the RFP
Bonds required.
