Description
The work of this project is described as the installation of concrete flatwork, decorative paving, landscaping, irrigation, median and gateway signage and tree protection fencing and general construction including the electrical engineering scope of work for this project includes the design of power systems for future median and gateway sign monuments located in the median at Bellfort Avenue, Sunnyside TIRZ No. 26 area in Houston, Texas.. Coordination with CenterPoint Energy for street illumination layout, maintenance and power distribution for new metered electrical services for sign monuments as indicated in: BELLFORT MEDIAN IMPROVEMENTS (T-2602) / WBS NO. N-T26000-0003-7.
