Description
The Project is generally described as: Mitigation of water intrusion at existing exterior wall surfaces and windows involving selective site demolition, cement plaster and concrete wall repairs of cracks and spalls, replacement of existing wood windows with aluminum windows, sheet metal flashing, joint sealants, wall coating systems, interior wood trims and painting, ceiling repairs, and including abatement of hazardous materials. This project will be implemented in two phases. First Phase period shall be during May 1 to December 30, 2026. Second Phase period shall be during May 3 to August 30, 2027. Class B, General Building Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification or SubContractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification performing the work.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
