Description
The purpose of this solicitation for the new Arlington East Water Purification Facility (WPF) is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide pre-construction services (including early works activities) and construction of a new WPF designed to treat an influent average flow of eight (8) million gallons per day (MGD) and 6.4 MGD of production. The new WPF will be located adjacent to the existing Arlington East Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) at 1555 Millcoe Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32225 and will consist of the following purification processes: Membrane Filtration (MF) Reverse Osmosis (RO) Ultraviolet (UV) light advanced oxidation process (AOP) Membrane degasification Post purification stabilization
