Description
The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the City Engineer and/or his designee. The work may consist of but is not limited to: The scope is addressing key ADA access points and seating (not just seating). In other words, we agreed to phase the ADA improvements, focusing on the ADA seating to include from the parking lot, through exit doors, accessing concessions, restrooms, and stage lift. Those that need an ADA seat need to be able to safely move about the building. The primary goal is to add ADA seating, remove and replace the exit ramp leading to 10th Street, and signage upgrades.
