Description
Project Scope Description: Jackson County is accepting proposals for a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for a proposed 28,000 square foot Dog Control Facility located adjacent to Kingsley Drive, Medford, Oregon 97504. Requirements will consist of Providing CM/GC services for preconstruction, then upon approved GMP Construction and Construction Management services.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
