Description
Scope of work: This project consists of the replacement of six (6) rooftop HVAC units at Firebaugh High School, 5246 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Lynwood, CA 90262, including three (3) units serving the Admin/Library Building and three (3) units serving the Gym Building. The work includes removal and disposal of existing rooftop units, preparation of existing roof curbs and supports, and installation of the new HVAC equipment. The scope also includes associated mechanical, electrical, and controls work, including duct connections, electrical power and disconnects, condensate drainage piping, and integration with the building control system. The successful bidder must possess a valid and active C-20 Contractors License at the time of bid and throughout the duration of this Contract.
