Description
The County is undertaking a comprehensive restroom renovation initiative and seeks qualified firms to develop conceptual design solutions that address functionality, code compliance, and operational continuity. Scope of services shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Preparation of conceptual architectural designs for all twelve (12) restroom facilities Evaluation and incorporation of all applicable accessibility requirements in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and relevant building codes Development of preliminary construction cost estimates Assessment and recommendation of phased and/or staggered construction schedules to ensure the continued availability of restroom facilities throughout the duration of the project
