Description
Leon County, Texas, (County) has issued this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit competitive turnkey proposals for the development of five new radio communications tower sites as part of its comprehensive radio communications improvement plan. Located midway between Dallas and Houston, Texas, Leon County is primarily served by Interstate 45, which provides key regional access.
