Description
Scope Provide & install a closet laundry machine. We are looking to convert a single stall water closet to a laundry station by Removing existing toilette, route electrical service from nearby electrical panel, route water connections from nearby hot and cold-water services, expose hole in exterior wall for dryer exhaust vent, plumb in drain system utilizing newly abandoned toilette drain. We want to source a residential style stackable washer and dryer to fit the space with the ability to maintain serviceability and retain equipment warranty. Conversion design may require elevated footing for machines but not to modify the machines.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
