Description
Scope of Services: Janitorial Services for Employment Department Enterprise WorkSource includes the following features: The Janitorial Services shall also include the following features: Provide routine and non-routine janitorial services (interior/exterior). Follow industry standards and manufacturer requirements. Emergency response within 4 hours (Mon-Fri, 7 AM5 PM). Use approved green cleaning products; SDS required for chemicals. Maintain security and report issues immediately. Submit daily checklist and monthly reports; invoices based on time-and-materials basis.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
