The Walter A. Haas, Jr. Pavilion was expanded in 1999 remodeling the Harmon Gym including the construction of a new roof. With the building roof membrane at end of service life, the project includes leak repairs, the installation of a new roof recover system, and quality control testing. Thermal imaging survey provided for targeted repairs
