Description
Work includes: o Low voltage & wiring (entry systems both handicap and electrically actuated door locks, card access system, & phones) o Data, data cabling, & racking, + 120v power on racking to power owner-provided equipment. o High voltage & wiring to also include lighting, emergency lighting, fire exit signs, bug eyes, night lighting, and exterior lighting. o Wiring for FACP, panels and related sensors (parts & smarts). Include provisions for an onsite Conex for storage of materials, tools, and equipment during the entire project (Owner does not have space for storage or trade offices of any kind). All scrap copper & aluminum will be recycled by Owner. All ferrous scrap metal to be recycled and hauled by contractor. Include all required permits and fees.
