Description
The purpose and intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to issue a contract for Roof Restoration Services at the Holly Grove Volunteer Fire Department located at 143 Factory Mill Road Bumpass, Virginia 23024 in accordance with the Statement of Needs and Scope of Services incorporated herein. The project consists of a full roof restoration coating system (acrylic or silicone based) on approximately 13,200 sq. ft. of standing seam metal roof. The system should be Conklin brand or approved equivalent.
