The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids from qualified bidders to establish a term contract to provide transport and disposal of dewatered biosolids (Class B) services from the Little Falls Run Wastewater Treatment Facility (LFRWWTF or LFR) to a Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) approved land application site(s) provided by the Contractor.
