Description
The project consists of the clearing and grubbing of the existing site, mass grading, fine grading, installation and connection of proposed utilities to existing off site utilities, installation of stormwater management systems, construction of subdivision roadways, curb and gutter, sidewalks, building lots, and all other infrastructure specified in the project plans.
