Primary Objective: To remove existing roofing materials down to the joists and install a new, high-performance 60 mil PVC membrane system to ensure long-term weatherproofing and energy efficiency. The Design Professional shall prepare a comprehensive set of documents to define the technical requirements and quality standards for the project at Hidden Valley Elementary.
