The city of Irving is advertising this request for qualifications (RFG) for a statement of qualification (soq) from qualified firms with an active physical office established within Dallas, Tarrant, Denton, or Collin Counties. the city is seeking professional services for specific categories of capital improvement plan (CIP) construction projects and other public improvement construction projects. qualified firms may choose to be considered for a maximum of three (3) categories, which are listed below. A) materials testing/geotechnical engineering b) surveying c) water and wastewater (new and rehabilitation) d) roadways (new and rehabilitation) e) traffic engineering/street lighting f) drainage facilities, hydraulics & hydrology/floodway g) environmental/Texas pollutant discharge elimination system h) structural i) general engineering j) program / project management.
