Description
The City of Irving is contracting cost for the Annual Landscaping Contract, the scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Landscaping. Tree installation up to 8 caliper and tree transplanting up to 2 caliper Landscape beds preparation Plant material installation Minor grading Turf, sod or hydromulch Clearing and grubbing of trees, underbrush and debris removal Maintenance to include cleaning out landscape beds. Irrigation and Drainage. Irrigation System Design sealed CAD plans New installation including turf, planting beds and tree bubbler systems Repairs\renovation of existing systems French Drain Systems. Fence Installation and Repairs. Wood Chain Link Ornamental Concrete Mow Strip. Hardscape Installation and Repairs. Concrete Sidewalks and Landscape Borders Interlocking Concrete Pavers Concrete segmental wall systems Minor masonry walls in conjunction other stated services Channel wall repair. Erosion Control. Silt Fence or straw waffle logs installation Clearing and grubbing of creek channels Stone Rip Rap Trash removal De-silting of specific locations. Miscellaneous Installations (items to be installed may be provided by City in certain instances). Drinking Fountain installation Trail marker installation Various types of site furniture (i.e. picnic tables, benches, trash receptacles) installation Other items as requested.
