Description
University Health is requesting a price quote for the SE Clinic entrance and parking lot. This will eliminate the recurring congestion associated with the existing two-way front driveway that is frequently used by patients and visitors as a loading and drop-off area. Vehicles stopping within the driveway have disrupted traffic flow, created opposing movement conflicts, and reduced overall operational efficiency during clinic hours. To mitigate the issues University Health would like to convert the two-driveway to a one-way driveway, allowing traffic movements to be simplified and providing a dedicated drop-off zone for patients and visitors.
