The Trinity River Authority of Texas (AUTHORITY) is soliciting bids for the temporary rental of three (3) heat exchangers and three (3) chillers to support the THP/AD Cooling System at the Central Regional Wastewater System (CRWS). The rental period will be three (3) months from the date of delivery and installation.
