Description
This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued to procure the goods or services, as specified in this Section 2, from a Contract between the successful bidder(s) and the State of Maryland (State) to provide open-ended, on-call (as needed) roadside litter pickup services on MD 4 (from Calvert County line to Prince Georges County line including ramps/interchanges), MD 2 (from Roundabout to Calvert County line), MD 258 (from MD 4 to MD 256), and MD 256 (from MD 468 to MD 2) roadways under the purview of the Annapolis Maintenance Shop. The estimated Contract start date is May 04, 2026. Small Business Reserve Procurement.
