The description and location of the project is as follows: 11.5 miles of 4-lane interstate freeway preservation with preservation activities to 7-dual structures,1-culvert, and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for State Route 0079, Section 19R, in Greene County, Franklin and Washington Townships and Washington County, Amwell Township, from approximately 0.5 mile south of the Waynesburg/Masontown Interchange (Exit 14) at segment 0130/0131 offset 2535/2339 to approximately 2 miles north of the Marianna/Prosperity Interchange (Exit 23) at segment 0244/0245 offset 2567/2545.
