Description
8(a) Set-Aside, 562112 - Hazardous Waste Collection.. The Army requires a commercial Hazardous Material Supply Operations (HMSO) service to provide Fort Bliss with a centralized capability to receive, verify, store, track, control, and issue Governmentowned hazardous materials in support of installation logistics operations. The contractor shall perform sameday intake and documentation of all hazardous material receipts, maintain safe and compliant storage and handling, and provide timely issuance to authorized customers. The service includes continuous accountability, inventory management, and reporting for all hazardous materials processed through the facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, DoD, and Army environmental and safety regulations.
