Description
Martin County is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors experienced in emergency debris removal monitoring services. The selected Contractor(s) will provide all personnel and resources necessary to monitor debris operations, including load ticketing, field inspections, and volume estimation at Debris Management Sites (DMS), in compliance with Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Florida Department of Emergency Management (FDEM), including the Florida Recovery Obligation Calculation (F-ROC) program, and other applicable requirements. Funds for services under this Agreement may be derived from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and/or from Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM). The successful Consultant and its subconsultants shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including FEMA requirements, as well as the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
