Description
The selected Proposer (hereinafter in this Scope referred to as Consultant) shall provide site plan, architectural, and engineering design services for a new approximately 18,000 square-foot, two-story office building for the Citys Development Services Department, in the location depicted on Exhibit B. The Consultant will prepare project implementation documents including plans, specifications, permits, and project cost estimates in accordance with all applicable Florida building codes, City land development regulations, policies, procedures and standards.
