Description

This project involves the removal, and modernization of the first floor currently active 30 year old commercial air handler unit (AHU) with an equivalent more energy-efficient unit to improve HVAC performance, reliability, and compliance with current codes and standards. The primary goal of this project is to replace the outdated/ malfunctioning unit with an equivalent modernized more efficient unit while ensuring minimal disruption to the building operations during replacement.
