Description
As described in the Bidding Documents, the bids are for maintenance services, HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services (Service), which include, but are not limited to, preventive maintenance and repair services for air conditioners, heating units, evaporative coolers, roof exhaust fans, heat pumps, air handlers, and building automation systems in the various City buildings (list provided as Appendix B), including the Police facility.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
