Description
GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified CONSULTANT to prepare a Project Development and Environmental (PD&E) study, Design-Build Criteria Package and provide Owners Representation services for the replacement of the functionally obsolete New Pass Bridge, Big Hickory Pass Bridge and the Little Carlos Pass Bridge across the channels between the Gulf of America and Estero Blvd. The new bridges will accommodate two lanes of traffic, bike and pedestrian facilities.
